This Personal Data Processing Policy complies with the requirements of the Federal Law of 27 July 2006 N 152-FZ ON PERSONAL DATA and describes the procedure for processing of personal data and measures necessary to protect personal data of OOO Flysound, hereinafter referred to as the "Operator".

Operator is fully committed to processing personal data with observance rights and freedoms of the individual, including their rights to personal and family privacy.
This Personal Data Processing Policy of the Operator (hereinafter referred to as "the Policy") applies to any information available to the Operator about visitors of the website http://flysound.ru.

Basic Definitions of the Policy

Automatic processing of personal data is the processing of the information by means of computer technology.
Blocking of personal data is the suspense of personal data processing (except for the processing needed for personal data refinement).

User is any user of the website at http://flysound.ru;
Providing of personal data is the action aimed at disclosing of personal data to a certain person or a certain group of persons.
Distribution of personal data is any action aimed at disclosing of personal data to unspecified persons (transfer of personal data), or at making personal data available to an unlimited range of persons, including making them available to general public in media, publication in the information and communication networks, or otherwise making personal data available.

Last name, first name, patronymic name;
E-mail;
Phone numbers;
We also collect and process depersonalised data about the visitors on our website, including Cookies, through Internet statistics services (Yandex.Metrica, Google Analytics and others).
All the data mentioned above further in this Policy are referred to as the Personal data.

Purposes of Personal Data Processing

The purpose of processing User's personal data is to inform the User by sending emails; to give the User access to the services, information and/or materials provided on the website.
Operator may also send notifications to the User regarding new products and services, special offers and events. User may always choose to opt out of receiving messages by sending an email to the Operator at info@flysound.ru with a note "Refusal to get notifications about new products and services and special offers".
Depersonalised users data collected through Internet statistics services are used to gain information about Users behaviour on the website, as well as to improve the website quality and content.

Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data

Operator processes the User's personal data only if they are filled in or sent by the User themselves through special forms located on the website at http://flysound.ru. By filling in special forms and/or sending their personal data to the Operator the User agrees to the terms of this Policy.
Operator processes the User's depersonalised personal data in case it is enabled by the settings of the User's browser (Cookies are enabled and JavaScript is used).

The Procedures for Collecting, Storing, Transferring and Other Ways of Processing of Personal Data

The safety of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured through legal, organizational and technical measures, necessary to meet all the requirements of the current personal data protection law.

Operator ensures safety of personal data and takes all the possible measures to protect them from unauthorised access.
User's personal data in no circumstances can be given to third parties, unless it is required by the law in force.
In case any inaccuracy in personal data is found, the User can update them by sending request to the Operator to info@flysound.ru with a note "Personal data update".
Personal data may be processed for an unlimited period of time. User may at any time withdraw their consent to processing of personal data by sending the request to the Operator to info@flysound.ru with a note " Withdrawal of consent for personal data processing ").

Cross-border Transfer of Personal Data

Prior to cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator should ascertain that the foreign country where personal data are to be transferred provides adequate measures to protect the rights of data subjects.
Cross-border transfer of personal data to foreign countries not meeting the requirements stated above is possible only with a prior written consent of the data subject to the cross-border transfer of their personal data or to perform the agreement where the data subject is the party of such agreement.

User can get any clarifications related to processing of the User's personal data by sending the request to the Operator to info@flysound.ru.
All the changes made to this Personal Data Processing Policy by the Operator will be reflected in the current document. The Policy remains in force for the unlimited time until replaced by the updated version.
